Cultured butter is made by churning sour cream (fresh cream with a bacterial culture added), and is then salted. Available salted and unsalted. Ingredients: Cream, bacterial culture, salt.

Product can be stored in the refrigerator, until use, when it can be kept at room temperature. Shelf life is fresh 1 month from production date, or frozen 6 months.
